GENERAL
REVIEW
Tom was working for a
venture capital company and felt under appreciated. he
had put a lot of energy into growing this business, but lately
the relationship with his boss was strained. Tom decided
that it was time to move on but he needed direction.
Tom's campaign
provided his consultant a challenge. Because he was at
the Executive Level, Tom really needed to have the right
"tools' to make the best presentation. After a powerful
resume was written, Tom and his RLS consultant formulated and
executed a marketing plan that incorporated target companies,
Executive Level Recruiters, and the development of a portfolio
that identified all of his accomplishments.
To ensure Tom
was on track, they met over the phone or at lunch to discuss
his progress. Tom was serious about his job search and
