Donald’s experience spanned roles as
CEO, CFO, COO and CIO of several very successful industry leading

premier consulting firms in the United States.
His travel schedule was horrendous, and
with the age of his children in school, he wanted to land an

management of the consulting firm, Patricia was offered a
position as Vice President with a compensation package that
was similar to her last job. Both she and her RLS consultant

with Patricia going back and forth with the company over a two
day period, the negotiating strategy she and her consultant
devised resulted in a $50,000 increase in compensation, an

options, to boot!
